Two-step verification required

Your account signed in with a password alone. Payroll only opens for a sign-in that used an authenticator code.

Set up two-step verification in Pharmacy HQ (Settings → Two-Factor Auth), then come back and sign in again.

No payroll access

This account is not an owner and holds no Payroll Wages permission at any pharmacy. If that's wrong, the owner can grant it from Manage Team in Pharmacy HQ.

Once staff clock in via the Time Clock tab, their hours roll up here automatically.

Hours are authoritative. Clocked minutes, rostered minutes and the variance between them are the numbers to trust here. Wage figures are estimates. Check them against your payroll system before paying anyone.

Coming from Wageloch, Tanda or Deputy? Import worked hours from CSV →

Upload your old system's timesheet export to backfill worked hours. Nothing is saved until you've seen exactly what will be created, updated and skipped.

Wageloch: Reports → Timesheets → export to CSV. Tanda: Exports → Timesheets. Deputy: Reports → Timesheet. Other tools work too, in any column order.

The file must contain, per row: who (staff name, or first + surname, or email) · date · start time · finish time · unpaid break. A "total hours" column alone is not enough — penalty rates depend on the time of day, so hours with no start and finish can't be worked out. Pay, rate and cost columns are ignored — Pharmacy HQ imports hours only.
